FROM GLASSON
Take the left turn after the petrol station in Glasson village. Stay on this (bendy) road until after Glasson Golf Club. Here the road narrows considerably. After Glasson Golf Club, take the second right hand turn – marked with a signpost for St Mark’s. There is a farm entrance, and a gate lodge at this turn. Take this right hand turn. Here the road rises majestically to give sweeping views over Lough Ree. When you are descending again, after a gentle bend to the left, the entrance to St Mark’s is on your left.
Drive in to St Mark’s property. You will drive past a couple of houses, and then some fields on your right. These fields are surrounded by a wooden fence. Drive to the end of the wooden fence to where there is a right hand turn. Take this turn, and follow this road to the end, where St Mark’s B&B is located.
Michael and Ann Hopkins will be here to welcome you! You’ve arrived. Enjoy your stay!
